Controversies
Anu Malik, the music composer of the film composed a song called Jana Jane Jana. The chords of that song was reportedly copied from Nishwa Korechho Amay, a song by a Bangladeshi band called Miles. The Arabic portion of Kaho Na Kaho is reportedly a stanza from the 2000 single Tamally Maak by Egyptian artist Amr Diab, also the tune is copied from the same. The tune of the song Bheege Hont Tere is also reportedly copied from a song of Pakistani artist Najam Sheraz.
